R707 to Bacchus Marsh
Sunday July 12th saw R707 travel to Bacchus Marsh on the 30th anniversary of its inaugural run. The weather was less than ideal - freezing cold and heavy rain - and the hundreds of people flocking the platform for the arrival all disappeared with 30 minutes. By the end of turning the locomotive, 2 hours after arrival, 3 people remained at the station, all waiting for the Vline train back to Melbourne.
